The Institute for Public Policy is a Bishkek-based independent organization that was founded in April 2005. It aims at promoting formation of a practice of public policy and development of mechanisms of constructive interaction between state institutions, civil society, mass media and businesses.
The Institute for Public Policy (IPP) established in September 2005, is an independent analytical and research center designed to promote the practice of public policy and provide mechanisms for constructive interaction between governmental institutions, civil society, mass media and business structures.
IPP can provide the necessary expertise to governmental and non-governmental organizations, while not being affiliated with any of the parties.
IPP is a unifying forum for all interested parties. It brings together representatives of the government, opposition, civil society and the media in a format that meets the interests of all parties.
IPP activities are result-oriented. In addition to monitoring political events and problem analysis, the Institute is developing specific recommendations for stakeholders.
The Institute for Public Policy (IPP) was founded by the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, now the Secretary General of the SCO Muratbek Imanaliev and a doctor of historical sciences, professor Chinara Jakypova.
