The Institute for Public Policy (IPP) announces a competition for state officials, representatives of the Jogorku Kenesh staff and NGOs for participation in the "Democratic governance and rule of law in Kyrgyzstan" project.
The project is aimed on promoting development of conception and idea of the law superiority and understanding its important role in decision making process. Series of trainings on public policy, effective decision making and personal empowerment including trainings on strategic planning, leadership, public relations, time management, democratic governance and others will be organized during the project period.
The project foresees participation in round tables on the priority issues related to decision making process on all levels of state government.
The initiative was supported by the Open Society Institute (OSCI-NY) and is directed on establishment of effective and multilateral cooperation of state officials with representatives of civil society as well as presentation of the concept of a transparent decision making process and idea of the rule of law.
